Shipping Policy

How rates, dispatch timing, tracking, and cross-border duties are handled.

Worldwide shipping

Dimiourgo accepts shipping destinations worldwide. Every supported destination is assigned to exactly one profile before checkout:

European Union — calculated at checkout for all 27 EU member states.
United States — calculated at checkout.
Rest of World — calculated at checkout for every supported non-EU destination other than the United States.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated from the destination address before payment using the matching profile. The matching rate is confirmed before payment in Stripe Checkout. The EUR total shown in Stripe is the payment amount of record.

Dispatch target

Orders usually dispatch within a few business days after payment clears, subject to stock availability, supplier handling time, address validation, and fraud review.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the checkout email and may appear in account order history after fulfilment.

Delivery issues

If tracking stalls, a package arrives damaged, or delivery details need correction, email support@dimiourgo.com with the order number and checkout email.

Customs and duties

Buyers are responsible for customs, import VAT, brokerage fees, or local duties unless the product page or checkout flow explicitly says those charges are included.
