Contracting seller

Dimiourgo is operated by HYPERPLANE TECHNOLOGY SRL.

Orders

Orders are subject to stock availability, payment authorization, shipping eligibility, and fraud review. Dimiourgo may cancel or refuse an order that cannot be safely fulfilled.

Pricing and payment

Checkout is charged in EUR through Stripe. Optional display-only currency conversions are estimates and do not replace the EUR Stripe total shown before payment.

Product information

Dimiourgo aims to publish source-backed product details, real media, and clear stock status. If a listing error affects your order, support will contact you before fulfilment where practical.

Accounts

Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through their account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Returns and support

Return, refund, shipping, and damaged-item requests are handled under the published returns and shipping policies. Email support@dimiourgo.com with the order number and checkout email.

Liability

Dimiourgo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the fullest extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms and contracts with HYPERPLANE TECHNOLOGY SRL are governed by the laws of Romania. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer's country of residence continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
